Though this campground spreads over a quiet, parklike setting of big shade trees and broad lawns, it's only a 15-minute drive from the bustling heart of downtown Oklahoma City. Guests don Western garb for KOA's wagon ride and enjoy taking a leisurely afternoon to mosey along the one-mile nature trail. Then they gather 'round the fire for a marshmallow roast. Directions I-40, Exit 166 (Choctaw Road), then 0.75 mile north. North and south travelers: Use I-35 to connect with I-40 or I-240 and come east.
